About us
The Restaurant and hotel La Romantica in Mlada Boleslav was buil by Petr Suske, Doc. Ing. Arch., who operates in SEA group-Ecological Architecture Group, in 1999. The building was built in a former quarry from a local stone. It has a green roof, that develops green terraces, using the existing system of caves. The Restaurant and hotel complex is built of materials corresponding to the environment (sandstone, wood) and it is sensitively set in the nearby historic buildings. SEA - A group of ecological architecture was established in 1984 as an informal association of architects, engineers and doctors dealing with environmental problems in architecture.
In 1992 the this group turned into an architectural office, which continues and deepens this direction.
Parking place
Hotel La Romantica offers its guests a private parking place, where cars are safe. The reception desk is available 24 hours a day.
Restaurant
Restaurant Mediterranée La Romantica offers a garden terrace in summer and winter sitting by the fireplace burning.
Sauna
There is a sauna and a swimming pool available for guests. It is created in the areas of natural rock formation.
The sauna with swimming pool is necessary to make a reservation one hour before. Sauna is not included accommodation.
Forest Park Stepanka
The Restaurant facing Stepanka Forest Park, which offers wide range of sport activities. Guests can take an advantage of several jogging tracks.
Stepanka Forest Park is a vast complex of vegetation, playgrounds and sport activities (volleyball,tennis, etc.). Beautiful and spacious park was founded in 1881 along the river Klenice. It was named in honor of the betrothal of successor to the Austro-Hungarian throne, and a member of the Mlada Boleslav garrison, Rudolf von Habsburg and Princess Stephanie of Belgium- Stepanka.
